1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to paid purchases and subscriptions for the GeoRetina Chat2Geo platform (“the Service”). It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
GeoRetina does not offer a general refund period. Paid subscriptions and purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where GeoRetina approves a refund for a specific billing or service issue.
Refund requests may be reviewed case by case for issues such as duplicate charges, incorrect billing, payment processing errors, or a verified technical issue that prevents access to the paid Service.
3. Subscriptions and Renewals
You may cancel a subscription to prevent future renewal charges. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund past charges.
If a plan is upgraded, downgraded, or changed during a billing cycle, any refund or credit will be handled according to the payment records and adjustment options available through the applicable payment processor.

Once a refund is approved and processed, timing depends on the payment method, payment provider, and issuing bank. Card refunds commonly take several working days to appear on the customer account, while other payment methods may follow different timelines.
